SysTools Notes Address Book Converter is a good option for users who want to export or convert their contacts from IBM Lotus Notes or Lotus Domino to Microsoft Outlook, Excel, or vCards.
To convert the address book you first need to browse your computer and open the IBM Lotus database file named "names.nsf". After opening the database, you click on the "Scan Notes Contacts" button to read the address book information. All the contacts will be listed alphabetically to the left of the main window, and you will be able to select any contact to view its details. Next, you hit on the "Save Contacts" button to select the output format. You can select between two versions of MS Outlook (pst), Excel file (xls) or vCard file (vcf). Finally, you select the location where you want to save the output address book file and all the contacts in the database will be exported.
One advantage is that the program is not limited to a specific Lotus Notes edition.
The trial version allows you to convert only 15 contacts. The full version is not limited.
- The program is not limited to a specific Lotus Notes edition.
- You can export contacts to MS Outlook (pst), Excel file (xls) or vCard file (vcf)
- By default all the contacts are exported, you cannot select which contacts will be converted
